Rubber Air Diffuser Tubes 

EPDM Rubber Diffuser Tubes or Sleeves are commonly used for aeration in wastewater treatment facilities and other applications.  Diffusers are rubber tubes with thousands of very small, almost invisible perforations.  When installed over PVC pipes on an air delivery system, they diffuse millions of tiny bubbles into the medium, which in turn promotes the treatment process.   

SG is not in the business of designing and selling wastewater treatment equipment and claim no particular expertise in this highly technical field.  However, we are in the business of manufacturing rubber products, including the development and manufacture of several brand name air diffusion sleeves currently on the market (at considerably higher cost than our low manufacturer-direct prices).  Therefore, when you need wastewater treatment equipment, go to the companies that design, sell, and install aeration systems.  But when you need replacement tubes, why not go directly to the rubber experts at SG?  Whether your requirement is small or large, standard or custom, you won't find a richer source of information or better equipped rubber products manufacturer than SG.  

Perhaps your application requires larger or smaller perforations, a different length or sized tube, alternate perforation density, or another rubber compound to improve air-transfer efficiency or diffuser longevity?   Our technical sales and engineering staff will find a way to get you workable prototypes at the lowest possible cost, and most custom variations can be produced with little or no initial tooling charges, low minimums, and prices comparable to similar standard sizes.
