Die Cut Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Insulators 

• Using Dielectrically insulating Polyester Film or Mylar™ (.003 - .014 thick), Vulcanized Fiber or Fishpaper (.003-.030), high-temperature and durable Kapton™, and other materials.
• Steel Rule Die Cut to precision tolerances.  (Tooling charges of $50 - $300, depending on complexity, usually apply.)
• Pressure sensitive adhesive backing with convenient peel-off liner available.
• Static-resistant packaging available.
• Screen printing available.
• Minimum orders as low as $50, depending on various factors.

Rubber Extrusions

• Solid and Sponge Rubber materials including various grades and special application compounds of Neoprene, EPDM, Silicone, Buna-N (Nitrile), SBR, Viton (Fluoro-elastomer), and others materials.
• Many standard, semi-standard cross-sections available with little or no tooling setup charges; tooling on custom shapes usually runs between $200-$500.

Plastic Washers

• Available in any OD-ID-thickness combination using Polyester Film or Mylar™, Teflon™, Acetate, ABS (Styrene), PVC (Vinyl), Polyethylene, and other materials. 
• No tooling on most sizes. 
• Similar offerings to our 500,000+ standard rubber washer line expected to be online.

Plastic Shims

• Numerous standard, semi-standard, custom options using Polyester Film or Mylar™, Acetate, and other durable plastic films from .003 to .030 thick.
• Precision steel rule die cut OD/ID Rings with or without bolt holes, as well as square, oval, and custom shapes.
• Color coding available.

Bearing Pads

• Standard High Grade Neoprene and other materials available, usually in thicknesses from 1/16" to 1", with 1/4" and 3/8" being most common.  Material to ASHTO Bridge Bearing Pad specifications available.
• Cut to size, with or without holes, or in continuous length rolls.
• Convenient pressure sensitive adhesive backing available.
• Suitable for heavy-duty, semi-permanent cushioning in building and equipment construction, machinery footings, other applications
