| | Sheet Rubber
Rubber Materials by the foot, roll, slab, sheet, or slit, sheared, or blanked to size...
Standard Gasket carries all types of calendered
sheet rubber that we offer
in full sheets, roll, or slab form, slit or cut to specific
dimensions, or die cut (or laser/waterjet cut) into standard or custom configurations. Because
of its versatility, sheet rubber is generally
the most economical choice for applications allowing its use.
Sheet rubber is generally
manufactured in 36" and 48" standard width rolls in fractional
increments from 1/64" to 2" thick. Many variations and special
widths and thicknesses are
also available. SG carries a large and varied inventory of sheet rubber
materials including various grades of the following:
-
Neoprene
- EPDM / EPR
- Buna-N (Nitrile)
- Silicone
- Fluoro-elastomer (Viton®)
- Styro-Butadiene (SBR)
- Rubber Coated Wire Cloth
- Oriented Wire Inserted
- RF Shielding
- EMI Shielding
- Diaphragm Sheet
|
- Urethane Rubber
- Natural and Gum Rubber
- Bearing Pad (ASHTO specs)
- Fluoro-Silicone
- Thermoplastic (TPR)
- ECH

- Hypalon
- Red Rubber
- Latex Rubber
- Cloth Inserted Rubber
|
- Filled Rubber (with silver, carbon, etc.; for electrical conductivity)
- Various rubber compounds designed to meet UL, FDA, NSF, or
other special
requirements are available, also.
- Various rubber compounds designed to meet particular electrical or
thermal
conductivity / resistance, high and low temperature extremes,
chemical resistance,
RF and EMI shielding, and other special applications are also available.
