Standard Gasket is a premiere manufacturer and worldwide wholesale distributor of sponge weather stripping seals in convenient roll lengths.  Our a full line of 432 standard styles covers most application requirements, and our nearly infinite range of semi-standard styles covers about everything else.  

Standard Weatherstrip™ is offered in 4-tiered quantity-based pricing starting under 4¢ per lineal foot (in quantity); minimum purchase requirements begin around $100 on some styles (less than $400 max). Quantity minimums are from 1 to 40 rolls, depending on style.

Standard Weatherstrip™ options include:

• Three sponge hardness options from soft SCE-41 to firm SCE-45;

• Stripping thicknesses from 1/8" through 1/2";

• Slit widths from 1/4" to 6";

• Optional pressure sensitive adhesive backing (with peel-off liner).

Our turnkey manufacturing operation allows us to easily fabricate virtually any combination of material, thickness, width, and adhesive combination.  We couldn't possibly list them all, but MANY semi-standard options are virtual standards as far as manufacturing goes...and priced accordingly.  There are never any tooling charges on Weatherstrip™ roll gasket products.

• Alternate materials -

  • EPDM Sponge for increased weather and ozone resistance, slightly higher temperatures, select chemical resistance.

  • Buna-N Sponge for resistance to petroleum-based fluids and lubricants, organic fats.

  • High Grade Neoprene Sponge for increased resiliency, resistance to compression set.

  • Nitrile-Vinyl-Neoprene for economy, petroleum resistance.

  • Silicone Sponge for increased low and high temperature resistance.

  • Fluoroelastomer or Viton™ Sponge Rubbers for high chemical and temperature resistance.

  • EVA and PVC Foams for economy and extended resilience.

  • Many Others...
     

• Alternate adhesives for high tack, temperature resistance, adhesion to difficult substrates, etc.  Options include full lines of 3M, Ad Chem, and other major manufacturers.
   

• Thickness, width, and roll length variations made to order with very few limitations (since we're the manufacturer).
   

• Additionally, closed-cell sponge rubbers are available in virtually any cut-to-length or die-cut configuration, including economical dovetail strips for better corner seals at a fraction of the cost of single-piece rectangle and round flange gaskets. (Some may require modest tooling setup charges.)

SG Weatherstrip™ gasketing is ideally suited for air and moisture barrier seals and cushioning on all types of doors, lids, windows, louvers, and flanges for construction, equipment manufacturers, and other commercial applications.
